Primary Responsibility / Summary

Assists the CES Department Supervisor in the efficient operation of the department.  Supervises and trains clients working in the department and measure clients according to tasks and standards that have been set.  Maintains accurate counts for piece-rated clients.  Abides by all 14C Compliance regulations and standards. Tracks all client attendance, task changes and all passes from the production area.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 
1.Operates warehouse functions in an efficient and safe manner to maintain optimum productivity. 2.Maintains and checks equipment and fixtures to ensure safe operation of all warehouse functions.  3.Helps other divisions with material handling needs. 4.Tracks all donations, inventory, and productivity.  Creates all documentation as required by State Environmental Laws.  5.Tracks Clients’ production on a daily basis. Checks safety of clients in all working positions 6.Assists in supervising clients on the production floor. 7.Advises Clients on best use practices to ensure a steady work flow is created. 8.Keeps and reports daily attendance of all clients.

Education & Experience
 
•1 years of supervisory experience. •1 year of related job experience. •High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Other Qualifications
 
•This position may require some travel. •Shift flexibility and overtime when needed. •Ability to handle confidential information.   •Ability to work without supervision. •Non-profit experience preferred.  •Spanish / English bilingual preferred.  •Punctual and dependable attendance. •Free from alcohol and drug abuse. •Understands the basic philosophy of Goodwill and participates fully in carrying out its mission. •Adheres to Goodwill’s values of Respect, Integrity, Service, & Excellence.
