Job Description

Job Summary


The Clearance Center Material Handler maintains the efficient operation of the Clearance Center to achieve established goals for sales, post‐retail processes, salvage, trash disposal, customer service, and safety.
 
 

Responsibilities

 
1.   Provides excellent customer and staff relations.
2.   Moves goods from dock to destination.
3.   Loads and unloads trucks.
4.   Rotates goods in Outlet Store.
5.   Processes goods for salvage.
6.   Assists in the maintenance of structural, electrical, store equipment and landscaping of store.
7.   Disposes of trash and other materials in compactor.
8.   Performs accurate operations of a cash register.
9.   Loads and unloads trucks.
10.   Assists in auctions and checks vendors’ accountability.
11.   Utilizes forklift and or pallet jack to transfer goods or materials, if certified.
12.   Utilizes bailer in the preparation of textiles or cardboard bales, if certified.
 
 

Qualifications & Experience

• No prior experience or training required.
