Primary Responsibility / Summary

Performs a full range of custodial services throughout Commissary store and warehouse.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Performs daily cleaning tasks throughout Commissary as assigned, including floor stripping and waxing, window washing, pressure washing and restroom cleaning.
2. Maintains clean and sanitary conditions throughout.
3. Performs cleaning in Meat Room, when assigned.  The Meat Room requires particular attention to sanitation to avoid cross contamination of meat cutting equipment.
4. Maintains custodial equipment and supplies in neat, orderly condition.
5. Interacts cooperatively with Government Commissary personnel and customers.
6. Immediately advises supervisor when Government staff directs changes in contract requirements.
