Primary Responsibility / SummarySupport the VP of Development and coordinate all processes, meetings, and reporting in a fast-paced and effective manner. Additionally, represent the Development Office at occasional events as well as with inter-departmental interactions and functions. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Manage the VP of Development’s calendar. This includes scheduling meetings with key stakeholder of Goodwill: Donors, Vendors, Department Heads, and other individuals as necessary.

Support the VP and ensure all reports and tasks are being completed in a timely fashion by working directly with the VP and other members of the Development staff.

 

Run reports and create presentations.

 

Manage the expenses of both the VP of Development as well as the entire Development staff. 

 

Purchase supplies for the Development Team.

 

Working with the VP and Director of Development, track budget items to keep the department on pace during the fiscal year.

 

Manage the Development calendar.

 

Maintain inventory of all Development swag and communication materials.

 

Coordinate Board Development Committee meetings.

 

Represent GSC at Development events.

 

Effectively engage public and outside stakeholders

 

Occasional travel around Greater Los Angeles region.

 

Other duties and special projects as assigned.
