Job Description

Primary Responsibility / Summary

Conducts productivity measurements for the purpose of establishing sub-minimum wage rates in the assigned region. Analyzes productivity data to track participants’ development of individual and Program goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Ensures all WAP measurements in assigned region are completed timely and in compliance with regulations.

2. Processes WAP participant rate updates and, when appropriate, ensures retroactive payments are requested and executed.

3. Works together with staff from other involved departments to ensure that participants are provided with standardized training to increase productivity and improve work skills needed for transition to other programs.

4. Assesses barriers to participants’ productivity. Works together with staff from other involved departments, to create corrective action plans, including practical workplace accommodations, to improve productivity and transition readiness.

5. Tracks productivity of all participants under 14c Certificate.

6. Compiles statistical data to analyze and document fluctuations in productivity and task results.

7. Compiles monthly reports on productivity data and identifies statistical variances.

8. Schedules all due productivity measurements.

9. Conducts annual prevailing wage surveys and updates prevailing wage rates.

10. This position requires some local travel occasionally. A valid CA driver’s license and state required auto insurance are necessary. Driving records must be acceptable by the Company’s insurance vendor.

Education & Experience

 Min. 3 years general office or technical experience, including 2 years of time study experience.

 Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school required.

 Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university preferred.

 Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities required.

 Detail-orientated with excellent oral and written communication skills.

 Knowledge of DOL 14c Regulations required.

 ADA Knowledge preferred.

 Analytical mindset.

 Ability to work with minimal supervision.

 Non-profit experience preferred.

 Spanish / English bilingual preferred
