Primary Responsibility / SummaryWorks under the direction of Retail Store Management to maintain the efficient operation of a retail store to achieve established goals for sales, production, customer service, safety and expense control.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1.Provides excellent customer and donor service.  2.Presents a friendly, cooperative attitude to general public and store staff. 3.Performs accurate operations of a cash register.4.Receives and accurately records donations from public.5.Sorts and prices donations.6.Merchandises sales floor to meet Company standards and guidelines. 7.Loads and unloads store trucks. 8.Must be able to move at least 25 lbs.9.Able to move around in tight space; repetitive hand movement required. 10.Works flexible shifts and overtime when needed.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities 1.Performs necessary janitorial work2.Other duties and special projects as assigned.
