Primary Responsibility / Summary

Services confidential containers, delivers and/or picks up materials including E‐Waste, CRV, plastics
and other commodities. Experience driving Bobtail Air Brake trucks preferred.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Performs Secure Shredding collection services by driving a Company‐provided truck.
2. Picks up and delivers secure shredding bins and commodities such as e‐waste and recyclable
materials, including beverage containers, plastics and others.
3. Inspects vehicle prior to leaving yard; fills out daily inspection forms.
4. Demostrates good and safe driving skills.
5. Presents friendly, cooperative attitude towards contract customers, donors and general public
at all times.
6. Maintains professional appearance by keeping good grooming habits at all times and adheres
to uniform policies.
7. Loads and unloads materials as instructed.
8. Uses personal digital assistant (PDA) scanner to accurately record services rendered.
9. Handles confidential documents and commodities according to security policies and
procediures set forth by the organization and customers.
Other Qualifications

- Possesses a valid driver's license and state‐required auto insurance.
- Required to travel extensively (> 50% of the time).
- Shift flexibility and overtime when needed.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Spanish / English bilingual preferred.
- Customer Service Skills, Thomas Guide and General Knowledge of Southern Cal area.
- Able to travel between campuses in own vehicle.
- Punctual and dependable attendance.
- Free from alcohol and drug abuse.
- Understands the basic philosophy of Goodwill and participates fully in carrying out its mission.
- Adheres to Goodwill’s values of Respect, Integrity, Service, & Excellence.

Education & Experience

• 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
